What to Expect Before the Show
No classes are in session the week of Costume Photos.
All dancers should participate in photo week. Dancers will have a half body shot and dance pose taken of each costume. Photos will then be sent via email to be viewed digitally. You will have the option to purchase a digital download package or printed photos at that time. Orders must be placed within 10 days.
Dancers should arrive to their scheduled time for photos in their costume and appropriate shoes. Make up and hair style are at the dancer/parent/guardians choice.

Tickets will be available for purchase via the parent portal.
Recital Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once purchased.
All tuition and studio charges must be current in order to purchase tickets.

We will need plenty of volunteers for this years show!
Parent volunteers help keep the dancers together and quiet backstage, collect tickets, and more. There are various areas where volunteers will be needed for each show.
Go to the Parent Portal and select register. It will give you a drop down to select classes or volunteer.
Parents that volunteer backstage will be permitted to view their dancers routine(s) from the wings where the audience cannot see them.
Show Videography & Photography
NO RECORDING OR FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY IS PERMITTED DURING THE SHOWS.
Please inform your guests of this policy.
Each show will be professional recorded.
Dancers participating in the recital will receive a digital download of the recital. This cost is included in the recital fee payment made at time of costume payment. This recording will be sent to families 6-8 weeks after the recital.
Our Program for this Production will be Digital!
We will be showcasing the program prior to the show and during intermission on the screen for all to see. You will also be able to view the program on your phone/device digitally during the show.
Ads for your dancer or business are available for purchase to have placed in the program!
Each Dancer will receive a commemorative recital t-shirt.
Additional t-shirts for parent/guardians or other SMPAC Supporters can be purchased.
Purchase a stuffed animal for your dancer ahead of time!
Limited quantities of custom SMPAC Plushes are available for order to gift to your dancer at Recital.
Purchase a bouquet for your dancer to celebrate their hard work for the season!
