SHOW DAY
Arrival Details & Time
DANCERS ARE TO ARRIVE 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO SHOW START TIME
The doors to the auditorum will open 45 minutes before show time. The lobby doors will open one hour before the show.
DANCERS SHOULD ARRIVE IN THEIR FIRST COSTUME WITH MAKE UP ON.
IMPORTANT - Please makes sure dancers arrive with a dance bag that has their name on it. You should also put your dancers name in/on EACH of their shoes.
Where To Go
Upon arrival please follow the posted signs directing parents/guardians to the drop off point. A staff member will greet you and check in your dancer then escort them to their staging/dressing area.
Please be sure to take younger dancers to the bathroom before droping them off.
Show Time
Shows are expected to last 2 hours and 30 minutes.
This includes one 20 minute intermission.
NO food or drink is permitted in the auditorium.
Concessions will be available prior to the start of the show, during intermission, and after the show.
RECORDING OR FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED DURING THE SHOW.
Backstage / Security
Parents are not permitted backstage with dancers.
Parent volunteers are there to help.
Dancers remain backstage for the duration of the show. They are NOT permitted in the auditorium during the show.
Parents are not permitted backstage at anytime, including intermission.
Dancers are not permitted to bring food/drink (other than water) backstage with them.
It is best to have your dancer eat a small meal prior to the show. Water, snacks, coloring books, and crayons will be available for the dancers in the staging area. DO NOT SEND THESE ITEMS WITH YOUR DANCER.
After the Show
Dismissal After the Show
Pre-School Dancers (Li'l Starz, Mini Moverz, Twinklers, Tiny Tumblers, & KinderCombo) will be picked up at the side of the building through the side door.
These dancers MUST be signed out by a parent/guardian.
All other levels will be dismissed from the stage.
If your dancers needs to leave before the end of the show. An EARLY DISMISSAL FORM must be completed prior to the show or at dancer drop off.
